02Our framework

Within what framework does the firm work?

  1. A firm owned by a CPA

Karen Wega owns Alta Conseils and practises there. Your engagements are carried out under her responsibility.

  2. Compiled financial statements

We prepare your financial statements, review them and draft their notes, with an engagement report. We perform neither reviews nor audits.

  3. CPA professional ethics

Karen Wega practises under the CPA Québec code of ethics, which also governs how we present our services.

03Our commitments

What changes when Alta keeps your books.

  1. Work done quickly

Our tools and methods speed up the processing of your file; every file is still reviewed by a CPA.

  2. Every step traceable

For each entry, the supporting document, the approval and the review are kept: you know what was done, when and by whom.

  3. Your tax deadlines met

We are committed to meeting the filing deadlines set by tax law.
